PORTLAND, Ore. – A new construction that is replacing a 1910 single-family home demolished last year has taken shape on Southeast 39th Avenue in the Eastmoreland neighborhood.
The property, profiled by the Portland Chronicle in November, formerly held a 104-year-old house. It was purchased by Crescent Custom Homes LLC in May for $395,000.
Crescent Custom Homes LLC demolished the house and split the 9.750-square-foot lot into two parcels. One new house is well into its construction phase at 6023 SE Cesar E. Chavez Blvd.
The second parcel, located at 3832 SE Woodstock Blvd., so far has only received a permit for a detached garage to be associated with the house being built.
Crescent Custom Homes LLC is registered to Alisa and Calvin Baty, listed at an address in Happy Valley.
