PORTLAND, Ore. – A single-story home in the Eastmoreland neighborhood has begun to be demolished by Renaissance Custom Homes LLC.
The house, profiled by the Portland Chronicle last week, sold in early February for $262,500. It is located at 3660 SE Nehalem St.
The house was built in 1913 and sits on a standard 5,000-square-foot lot. It will be replaced with a new two-story single-family home.
County property records list the former owner as Karen K Liebert and the new owner as Renaissance Custom Homes LLC, registered in Lake Oswego to Randal Sebastian.
