The property is owned by Vic Remmers’ Everett Custom Homes.
In late October Remmers purchased the home for $385,421. On Nov. 4 he applied for a demolition permit. It was issued the same day.
In place of the demolished house Remmers plans to construct a two-story home with a garage. Most of Remmers’ new constructions are within the 2000 to 3000 square foot range.
Another Remmers house in the Richmond neighborhood recently went on the market for $729,000.
