The development will require a Type III Design Review procedure. This “is required for more complex reviews.” A Pre-Application Conference is the first step. The applicant will keep in touch with the city to complete the application, and will then post notice on the development site at least 30 days before a hearing can take place.

Public notice will also be mailed to property owners within 400 feet, and “recognized organizations” within 1,000 feet. This will occur at least 20 days before the hearing.
