- Three-Story Townhouses Coming to Vacant Ankeny Lot
PORTLAND, Ore. – Multiple townhouses are coming to a formerly-vacant lot that has been partitioned into three separate parcels.
The property at Southeast 16th and Ankeny was formerly part of a larger parcel that included the house to the west, located at 1523 SE Ankeny St. That house sold in early 2014, and prior to its sale the lot was partitioned. The house sold for $450,000, which was $94,000 less than it sold for the previous year, likely due to the smaller lot size.
The partitioned 4,187-square-foot property has been split into three parcels, all owned by Aiona Investments LLC. It is unclear what the sale price for the vacant lot was.
On the vacant property the developer plans to build three new attached townhouses, each three stories tall and each including an accessory dwelling unit and an attached garage.
Aiona Investments LLC is registered to Nick Pearson-Wood and Jessica Aiona.
