PORTLAND, Ore. – The most active multifamily development company on Portland’s east side has registered new subsidiary LLCs in the past several weeks, suggesting there will be more upcoming Urban Development Group projects and offering a hint as to their locations.

On Aug. 13 UDG Division Five-O LLC was registered by Mary and Dennis Sackhoff at the same address as every other Urban Development Group registry.
About a month later the Sackhoffs registered UDG C Street Annex LLC and UDG The Marc LLC, although the latter was dissolved the same day it was formed, for reasons unclear.
While it is unclear at this point, the UDG Division Five-O LLC name could indicate a future development near the intersection of Southeast 50th Avenue and Division Street, an area in the midst of a rapid influx of multifamily housing projects.
The UDG C Street Annex LLC name offers less clues.
